Please give at least 3 hours’ notice for an individual appointment, or 6 hours for a group or multi-service visit. There are no cancellation or no-show fees.

How to change your booking
Use the reschedule or cancel links in your confirmation email. If a link is unavailable, or several appointments are affected, contact the branch directly at 0917 137 9073 or shangrila@theblanchebeauty.com.

Late arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Later arrivals may require a shorter service or a new appointment, depending on availability.

If your plans change at short notice
Please still contact the branch as soon as possible so the team can help. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
