Refund Policy

At The Blanche Beauty Lounge, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing the highest standard of beauty and wellness services. Please review our refund policy below:


1. Services

  • All services rendered are non-refundable.
    Once a service has been performed, especially for treatments involving time, effort, and consumables, we are unable to offer refunds.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify our staff within 24 hours. We may offer a complimentary correction or re-treatment, subject to management review and approval.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, late arrivals, no-shows, or not following pre/post-treatment instructions.


2. Packages and Bundled Services

  • Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be eligible for a partial refund (less the full price of used sessions and applicable fees), only within 7 days of initial purchase and with proof of valid reason (e.g., medical condition, relocation).

  • After 7 days, all packages are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.


3. Products

  • We accept product returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase if:

    • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition, and

    • Accompanied by the official receipt.

  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or clearance items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


4. Booking Deposits and Cancellations

  • All deposits for appointments are non-refundable but rebookable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.


5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.


6. Management Discretion

The Blanche Beauty Lounge reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund matters. Special cases may be accommodated at the sole discretion of management.
