Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?

Your appointment is confirmed when the form shows “Appointment confirmed”. Keep your confirmation email for the treatment, branch, date, time and change links. Extra services and group requests in your notes need separate confirmation from the branch.

Which price applies to my booking?

The service page shows the price for your selected branch and treatment option. “From” is the lowest listed option. Review the full option and session count before booking.

What if I cannot find my service or promo?

Contact your branch with the exact service or package name. The team will arrange the appropriate treatments and time; do not select a different treatment to reserve a slot.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Use the change links in your confirmation email or contact the branch. Give at least 3 hours’ notice for an individual appointment, or 6 hours for a group or multi-service visit. There are no cancellation or no-show fees.
